Curricula should be reviewed and, if necessary, revised on a regular basis, better to serve the changing needs of both students and society broadly. Valid and reliable assessment and evaluation is preplanned to monitor on a continuing basis the effectiveness of the curriculum in fostering student development and also the actual achievement of defined institutional and curricular outcome goals.
