Mobility Project for VET learners and staff (Key Action 1)

Who can apply?

A VET organisation sending learners and staff abroad or the coordinator of a national mobility consortium can apply for the Mobility Project for VET learners and staff.

A mobility activity should involve minimum two (one sending and one receiving) participating organisations from different countries. For national mobility consortiums, all members of the consortium must be from the same Programme Country and it must comprise at least 3 VET organisations.

What are the eligible activities?

  • VET learners traineeships in vocational institutes abroad
  • VET learners traineeships in companies abroad
  • Teaching/training assignments abroad
  • Staff training abroad

A VET mobility project must comprise one or more of the above-mentioned activities.

How long does a project take?

A Mobility Project for VET learners or staff should take 1-2 years.

How to apply?

The National Agency of the country where your organisation is establish receives the applications. Please check the dates of upcoming deadlines for Erasmus+ application. . How much funding can a project get?

Amount of the grant a project can receive depends on the sending and receiving countries, number of the people participating in the mobility, number of mobility activities, and duration of stay and availability of special needs. You may refer to the official Erasmus+ Guide for detailed information on funding rules applied to this action and estimating what percentage of the costs related to your project can be covered under this funding.
