Who can apply?
Any public body or non-profit organisation active in the field of sport and established in a Programme Country can apply.
What are the eligible activities?
- Organisation of educational activities for athletes, coaches, organisers and volunteers in the run-up to the event
- Organisation of the event
- Organisation of side-activities to the sporting event (conferences, seminars)
- Implementation of legacy activities (evaluations, drafting of future plans)
- Communication activities linked to the topic of the event
How long does a project take?
It should take maximum 1 year.
How to apply?
The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency located in Brussels receives the applications. Please check the dates of upcoming deadlines for Erasmus+ application. You may find detailed information in the Presentation explaining the application process to the Erasmus+ step by step.
How much funding can a project get?
Maximum grant awarded for not-for-profit European sport events organised during the 2015 European Week of Sport is 250.000 Euro covering maximum 80% of the total eligible costs.
Maximum grant awarded for not-for-profit European sport events not related to the 2015 European Week of Sport is 500. 000 Euro covering maximum 80% of the total eligible costs.
