Mobility Projects for Higher Education Students and Staff (Key Action 1)

Who can apply?

An adult education organisation sending its staff abroad or an adult education organisation acting as coordinator of a national mobility consortium of adult education organisations can apply for Mobility Project for Adult Education Staff.

Only the sending organisation needs to be identified during the application; however, minimum two organisations (at least one sending and at least one receiving organisation) from different Programme Countries must be involved during the execution phase. In the case of project presented by a national mobility consortium, all members (at least three adult education organisations) of the consortium must be from the same Programme Country.

What are the eligible activities?

-Teaching/ training assignments allowing staff of adult education organisations to teach or provide training at a partner organisation abroad

-Staff training supporting the professional development of adult education staff through participation in structured courses or training events abroad or a job shadowing/observation period abroad in a relevant institution

How long does a project take?

A Mobility Project for Adult Education Staff should take 1-2 years.

The National Agency of the country where your organisation is establish receives the applications. Please check the dates of upcoming deadlines for Erasmus+ application. . How much funding can a project get?

Amount of the grant a project can receive depends on the sending and receiving countries, number of the people participating in the mobility, number of mobility activities, and duration of stay and availability of special needs. You may refer to the official Erasmus+ Guide for detailed information on funding rules applied to this action and estimating what percentage of the costs related to your project can be covered under this funding.
